Bob Abrams joined Tekmos in 2000 and serves as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development. Bob is responsible for Tekmos’ global sales activities and has over 20+ years of business-building experience as a strategic member of corporate leadership teams across a broad spectrum of industries and enterprises.

He enjoys developing and expanding Tekmos’ customer base along with the range of products which provide significant solutions to Tekmos’ customers. A ham radio enthusiast as a kid led to his interest in electronics and communications. Bob holds a Bachelors in Marketing from Penn State.

Kelsey joined Tekmos in 2014 and currently serves as the Director of Quality. Kelsey is responsible for the implementation of the AS9100 Rev. D Quality Management System.

Originally from The Woodlands, TX Kelsey received her Bachelor degree from Texas State University, San Marcos in Manufacturing Engineering with a concentration in Mechanical Systems and a minor in Applied Mathematics.

In her spare time, she enjoys scuba diving, working out at the gym, and spending time with friends & family.

Alison came to Tekmos in 2011. As Production Control Manager, she manages the day to day production of parts manufactured by Tekmos, including production of wafers into specific die lots that are built out for each customer’s part.  She also oversees tracking and expediting Work in progress until it arrives for test at Tekmos, coordinating Engineering Test/Bake and other processes which are identified on a Test Traveler and relayed to the test floor. She monitors vendors that are utilized to test, probe, and leadscan and assemble certain parts until they return to Tekmos.  Additionally, she fields questions from prospective as well as ongoing customers relative to future and existing products, pricing and inventory status. She manages quoting, administers programming, booking and pulling shipping docs for custom Engineering samples.

Alison enjoys working directly with the customers and distributors, but her favorite task is coordinating all details of an assembly build and seeing it through to parts being delivered to the customer.

Alison has a Certificate in Digital Electronics and started as an Engineering Technician.  She has 20+ years’ experience in the Tech Industry including Government Contract Administration, Engineering, OEM Sales & Marketing, and Engineering Document Control.
